1. What is the processing time for orders?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

3. What are the shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping within the UK. The estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days.

4. Can delivery be delayed?

Yes, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, customs procedures, or address inaccuracies. If you experience a delay, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order using our Tracking Page.

6. What should I do if my tracking shows that the order was delivered but I haven't received it?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact the carrier for more information and proof of non-delivery.
  • Send us the proof of non-delivery so we can issue a refund.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You have a 24-hour window to request order modifications or cancellations. Contact our customer support at support@hermakeup.co.uk within this timeframe. After 24 hours, modifications may not be possible as the order might have already been processed.

8. Does Hermakeup ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping.

9. What is the return and refund policy?

You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to faulty items, items not as described, or items you no longer need.

10. How do I return a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item, take a photo or video showing the issue and contact us within 30 days of receipt. After reviewing the evidence, we'll issue a refund without requiring you to return the item.

11. Can I return an item if it doesn't meet my expectations or I no longer need it?

Yes, you can return items that aren't faulty within 30 days of receipt. Once you've informed us, you have 14 more days to return the goods in their original condition and packaging. Note that return shipping fees aren't refundable.

12. What is the policy on sale items?

Sale items are eligible for refunds just like full-priced items.

13. Are there any circumstances where I might not get a refund?

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repairs by a third party.

14. What is Hermakeup's warranty policy?

We offer a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, such as dropping or deliberate misuse. If your product is defective, we will repair or replace it. Refunds are not issued under the warranty policy, only replacements or repairs.
